Peeling

Chemical peel

Peeling is a traditional method that has been used in aesthetic medicine since the times of the Ancient Egypt. Peeling is a suitable treatment procedure for acne, pigmentation on the face or for refreshing the young though tired skin

Choose your peeling!

Renophase range of peelings (glycolic acid based preparations in combination with natural ingredients to enhance the effect) is very popular.

The treatment is done by a practitioner and it takes around 20 minutes. 4 – 6 treatments are usually done once per a week or two weeks, the skin does not peel off or it does only a little after applying this type of peeling. There is usually visible improvement. After the treatment, it is necessary to use protection factor of 40 – 50 in the sun and if possible not to sunbathe intentionally.

Another possibility is glycolic acid peel. It is gentle peeling, the skin can be red for a day after the treatment, sometimes it can feel unpleasantly dry, and sometimes it can peel off.

Easy peel (trichloroacetic acid (TCA) + mixture of other substances to enhance the effect) is slightly more intensive, it can be expected dry flakes will peel off for 2 – 3 days after the treatment. The treatment is done once per a week or two weeks and it should be done four times.

Protection against the sun is a must.

We use traditional TCA diluted peel only exceptionally. After applying this type of peeling, the skin is red and larger parts of the skin can peel off for several days. It is usually done once. An example of a modern treatment method using fractional radio frequency Pixel Microplasma (Accent device) that can have a similar and, in many cases, better effect and provide shorter and more pleasant healing process.
