Vascular surgery

Vascular surgery mostly focuses on varicose veins operations. In order for the operational procedure to be successful, a precise diagnosis through sonography is required. Depending on findings, we remove the affected main surface vein trunk (invaginative stripping) or gently remove all affected and altered veins with so-called cosmetic phlebectomy.
Thanks to the ultrasound diagnostics, we are able to detect arterial system defects and, in collaboration with specialized departments, to arrange further, more complex examination and, if necessary, an operational treatment of the ascertained pathological condition.
