Rheumatology deals with the diagnostics, treatment and prevention of acute and chronic musculoskeletal system diseases.

These include diseases of the connective tissue, joints and spine. Most common diseases include inflammatory diseases of joints – arthritis, degenerative joint changes – arthrosis, affection of the musculoskeletal system by a pathological infectious metabolic process (borreliosis or gout).

At GHC Clinic Prague, we will take an X-ray image of bones and joints, examine various types of antibodies against connective tissue structures, perform serological tests and others.
