The client's vegetative balance, internal environment and endocrine gland activity is changed. Massages are done in order to relieve the whole body both physically and mentally and to improve the movement extent. Back, limbs, belly and head massages are the most frequent.

Body massage

It leads to relaxation of the whole body and mind, aroma oils are used. It removes stress and tiredness; it helps to regenerate the body. It is done by applying reasonable pressure upon client's requirements.

Back massage

It removes slackness of, stiffness of, shortened and painful muscles; it supports blood circulation and back flow of the vein blood and lymph from peripheries in to the circulation centre. This type of massage is done with stronger and firmer touches in order to remove accumulated fatigue substances such as lactic acid in muscles.

Neck massage

Massage aimed at the neck spine and shoulders in order to relieve constricted muscles, it fights against pains in the neck spine and head.

Sole massage

It is used to relieve feet muscles, ankles and toes and it helps to remove leg swelling, too.

Partial massage

This massage is used for relieving muscles, supporting regeneration, increasing blood circulation and drainage of lymph. Lower limbs are massaged most often.
