Eyebrow transplantation

The shape and appearance of eyebrows are an important part of the face and together with mimetic muscles help define facial expression.

Why eyebrow transplantation?

GHC Clinic Prague has been one of the top European hair transplantation providers for several years. Continuous improvement of this method, involving the transfer of individual hair follicles, allows us to offer another plastic micro-surgery procedure, consisting in moving these follicles to the eye area. We can thus offer a cosmetically effective method of replacing thin or completely missing eyebrows.

How does the procedure work?

The operation is indicated after thorough expert and aesthetic appearance assessment and patient's familiarisation with the procedure by a team of doctors who will subsequently perform the operation.

Upon agreement with the patient, the eyebrow shape can be marked out during this consultation, thus influencing its appearance.

The actual operation, i.e. transfer of individual follicles from the back of the head, is performed under local anaesthesia, is completely pain-free and does not leave any scars.

What happens after the operation?

New eyebrows begin to grow from the sixth week after the operation and require the same care as hair, including trimming.
