GOLD Programme

The Programme is focused on ensuring and arranging basic preventive and healing care in the field of internal medicine and related fields. The Programme has been designed for employees being exposed to and longer-term psychological burden and stress.

Those clients who join the Programme are provided with continuous care including short-term regenerating stays at the Clinic. Within these stays ("night sanatoria"), we apply long-lasting procedures during which it is necessary a practitioner or medical staff is present (physiotherapy, ozone transplantation etc.)

The Programme ensures individual approach (treatment procedures are designed individually respecting the client's health condition and his/ her requirements), maximum time flexibility of services and that they are as little as possible time-consuming at the same time.

The Programme includes complementary hairdressers' and cosmetic services, too.

A client included in the Programme is provided by GHC Clinic with:

1) Overall multi-field and comprehensive preventive examination when joining the Programme. It is mainly focused on the risk of occurrence of diseases of civilisation and objectivization of the degree of degenerative changes in the individual organs. Of course, we diagnose current health problems.

The check-up includes:

• Comprehensive internal examination – physical examination, electrocardiographic examination.
• Sonographic examination of the abdomen
• Spirometric examination
• Ultrasound examination of vessels of the lower limbs
• Uroflowmetric examination (men)
• Mammographic examination (women)
• Densitometric examination of the bones
• An extensive laboratory examination which includes markers of the activity of the individual organs of a wide extent is a part of the entry check-up. Except for the common indicators, markers aimed at biological age and immunity of the body against reactive forms of oxygen (radicals) are defined.
• For men, laboratory examination aimed at prostate cancer.

2) Interpretation

The client is given information on the results of the introductory examinations and a treatment proposal focused on or just a proposal for revitalisation programme during the second appointment. When evaluating the results, we consistently use special methodology to assess metabolic changes at the cell and lower level in order to identify the real cause of the risk occurring or pathological changes, too.

The client is informed about the active management of the healing preventive care.

3) Compiling a regeneration and relaxation programme on the basis of the results of the examination respecting the client's wishes.

Revitalisation and regeneration programme is provided four times per a year.

The programme of a regenerating stay usually includes:

• infusion treatment
• oxygen therapy and presotherapy
• water treatment (water therapy – bubble bath and whirlpool bath, Scottish shower, CO2 bath etc.)
• relaxation massage
• healing physical training

5) Possibility of further specialized preventive examination in accordance with the medical indication four times per a year

6) Possibility of examination/ treatment by the attending practitioner including administration (expert opinions for authorities etc.) max. twice per a month

7) Price advantage up to 5 % for other services provided by GHC, vaccination calendar at an advantageous price.

8) Participation in the Programme includes vaccination calendar and its implementation at an advantageous price
